Ambassador & Community Partner Program Terms
These Partner Program Terms (“Terms”) govern participation in the God's Insurance Ambassador Program and Community Partner Program (together, the “Program”). By applying to or participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms and any written acceptance notice, campaign brief, rate notice, or supplemental agreement issued to you by God's Insurance. If a supplemental written term conflicts with these Terms, the more specific written term controls for that campaign or relationship.
1. Eligibility and acceptance
Participation is by application and approval only. Individual partners must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority where they reside. Organizations must apply through an adult representative who is authorized to act for the organization. God's Insurance may approve, decline, pause, or end participation at its discretion, subject to applicable law and any amounts already validly earned under these Terms.
2. Program tracks
The Ambassador Program is designed for approved individuals who promote God's Insurance through their audience, content, leadership role, or community. The Community Partner Program is designed for approved churches, ministries, schools, campus groups, camps, retreats, conferences, and other approved organizations that use the Program as a referral or fundraising channel.
3. Reward rates
Your approved rate is stated in your acceptance notice or later written rate notice. Publicly described rates are standard starting frameworks and are not a promise of acceptance or a permanent rate. God's Insurance may change future rates, eligible products, campaign conditions, or incentive structures with reasonable notice. Changes do not retroactively reduce valid rewards already earned before the effective date of the change.
4. Qualifying net merchandise revenue
Unless your written acceptance notice states otherwise, rewards are calculated from the merchandise selling price actually collected on an eligible referred order after discounts and before any excluded amounts. Qualifying net merchandise revenue excludes taxes, shipping charges, refunded or canceled amounts, chargebacks, fraudulent transactions, gift-card value where applicable, and any other amount specifically excluded in your acceptance notice.
5. Referral attribution
Approved partners may receive a unique referral link, partner identifier, promo code, or combination of these tools. God's Insurance may use website referral data, cart metadata, checkout campaign parameters, promo-code usage, and platform reports to attribute orders. The standard website referral window is up to 30 days from a valid tracked referral, unless a campaign states otherwise.
Attribution may be overridden by a later valid referral, another approved partner code used at checkout, direct campaign rules, technical limitations, fraud-prevention controls, or other evidence showing that a different source should receive credit. God's Insurance may resolve attribution disputes in good faith using the available tracking records.
6. Promo codes and discounts
Promo codes are issued only when approved. Partners may not alter, duplicate, publicly distribute, or place a code on coupon aggregation sites unless the campaign specifically permits it. A promo code may be limited by date, geography, product, minimum order value, customer eligibility, or number of uses. Discounts may reduce the revenue on which rewards are calculated.
7. Validation and payout
Referral activity is reviewed before payment to account for refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, fraud, code misuse, and attribution issues. The standard payment cycle is monthly after validation, with a standard minimum approved balance of $25. Smaller approved balances may roll forward. Exact payout timing and method are communicated during onboarding and may vary by country or partner type.
8. Taxes and records
Partners are responsible for providing accurate payment and tax information when requested and for handling their own tax obligations associated with Program earnings or organization revenue shares. God's Insurance may withhold payment when legally required information has not been provided.
9. Required advertising disclosure
Partners must clearly and conspicuously disclose any material connection to God's Insurance, including commissions, free products, discounts, or other benefits, in accordance with applicable advertising laws and platform rules. Disclosures must be easy to notice and understand and should appear with the endorsement rather than being hidden in unrelated text or hashtags.
10. Honest endorsements
Partners may express genuine opinions and experiences but may not make false, misleading, unsubstantiated, or guaranteed claims. Partners may not state or imply that God's Insurance provides actual insurance, financial protection, medical treatment, guaranteed spiritual results, or any service that the company does not provide.
11. Prohibited promotional practices
- Spam, scraped-email campaigns, automated unsolicited messages, or misleading outreach.
- Self-referrals intended primarily to generate a reward rather than a genuine customer transaction.
- Posting partner codes to coupon/deal aggregation sites without written approval.
- Paid search bidding on “God's Insurance,” confusing variations, or God's Insurance product/design names without written approval.
- Creating accounts, domains, pages, advertisements, or listings that impersonate God's Insurance or could reasonably be mistaken for an official brand property.
- False scarcity, fabricated testimonials, fake reviews, or manipulated engagement.
- Promoting counterfeit, altered, or unauthorized versions of God's Insurance designs.
- Using coercive religious claims or implying that a purchase is required for faith, blessing, acceptance, or spiritual standing.
12. Intellectual property and creative assets
Approved partners receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable permission to use the specific God's Insurance names, logos, product images, copy, and creative materials supplied or approved for Program promotion. Partners may not materially alter logos or product artwork, create derivative merchandise, sublicense assets, or use the brand for unrelated products or services without written permission.
13. Content ownership
You retain ownership of content you create. If you tag God's Insurance, submit content to the partner team, or expressly authorize reposting, you grant God's Insurance permission to repost or feature that content in brand-owned social, email, and website channels with attribution where reasonably practical. Paid advertising usage, broad commercial licensing, or other expanded use should be separately agreed when appropriate.
14. Samples and product support
Free products, sample credits, giveaways, event support, and campaign budgets are not guaranteed. When provided, they may be subject to a specific content brief or campaign condition disclosed before acceptance.
15. Community fundraising
Community Partner rewards are contractual revenue shares paid by God's Insurance to the approved organization. A customer's retail purchase is not automatically a charitable donation and should not be described as tax-deductible unless a specific arrangement has been legally established and communicated in writing.
16. No employment, agency, or authority
Program participation does not make a partner an employee, legal agent, franchisee, joint venturer, insurance representative, or spokesperson authorized to bind God's Insurance. Partners control how and when they create permitted promotional content, subject to these Terms and any agreed campaign requirements.
17. Brand safety
God's Insurance may pause or terminate participation where content or conduct creates a material brand-safety, legal, fraud, harassment, hate, deception, or community-trust concern. Context matters; the purpose of this section is to protect customers, partners, communities, and the brand rather than to require uniform viewpoints.
18. Returns, fraud, and reversals
Rewards may be reduced or reversed for refunded, canceled, fraudulent, chargeback, duplicate, self-referred, or otherwise ineligible orders. If a reversal occurs after payment, God's Insurance may offset the amount against future approved rewards.
19. Program changes
God's Insurance may update the Program as the business grows. Material changes to these Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continuing to participate after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where additional consent is legally required.
20. Termination
Either party may end participation at any time. On termination, the partner must stop presenting themselves as an active God's Insurance partner and stop using Program-only assets or codes. Valid, non-fraudulent rewards earned before termination remain subject to normal validation and payment rules.
21. Privacy
Program application information is collected for application review, onboarding, communication, payment administration, fraud prevention, and Program operation. Applicants should not submit sensitive personal information beyond what the application requests. Additional payment or tax information should be provided only through the approved onboarding process.
22. Contact and program records
Partners should keep their acceptance notice, assigned code/link, approved rate, and campaign-specific instructions. Questions about attribution, Program status, or these Terms should be directed to the partner contact provided during onboarding.
